Does a PWO only require ONE O2 and a PR3 require TWO on a B16a?
Ok if you have a PW0, it only requires ONE O2 sensor, as opposed to the PR3
which will run like *** without 2 of them. So i think that basically is what
ya need, just one O2 sensor into the bung already on the DC header and you
should be all set..... email me if ya have any more Qs, I'd be happy to help

There are two black wires in the engine compartment for two O2 sensors. How do I know which one to connect to the ONE O2 on the DC header...and what do I do with the other wire? Should I wire them together? And if there's only one connection on the ECU for an O2, then where does the other black wire lead to. I didn't do the swap, so I don't know a lot much about wiring up the ECU. Thanks for the help.
No they both require 2 ..I should knwo because I had a pw0 and I only ran 1 o2 sensor and wired the other one to run off it to ..It ran like **** under half throtle
Dude, I believe you. I just wanted to get a few more opinions. With only one O2 connected right now, my CRX runs really well--so I just want to be sure before I go to the trouble and expense of having the seperate bungs welded into the DC header.
Yah my ran good to ..then it sat like 4 months ..And all of a sudden it starts to hesistate like a son of a bitch.. My friend also has a pw0 with 2 o2 sensors like it ask for and it never had any problems
my pr3 has 2 o2 sensors.. when i had them wired backwards (switched around) it ran like ****.. hesitation at half throttle. now they are correctly wired and runs great

my z6 block/y8 head combo and pwo have the o2's together and run fine. 14.6's as a matter of fact.
What ever you do "Don't wire them together!!!!!". Listen to Devin17, I've posted on his troubleshooting thread before, you're only asking for poor fuel effenciency, lack of acceleration and power, and will more than likely burn out your cat with a month in a half. Chip you ECU like with the Mugen program, then you can run O2. Or you can weld 2 O2 bungs one on either 1 & 4 (primary O2), and another on 2 & 3 (secondary O2) at about the same position where they are stock on the stock manifold, and plug the rear O2 bung. Your decision.
So, if I'm only running one O2 right now, does that mean the other O2 input went back to the pre-set, factory setting? My car seems to be running pretty well as is...???
i am running a PW0 right now with 2 o2 sensors wired in. they are probably backwards, as im getting nasty hesitation under part throttle conditions
when i get un lazy i wil fix them
