LOUD POP from rear going over bumps/uneven ground
So I have an Integra that I use for lapping and DD. It has your typical suspension upgrades (nothing too crazy) but seems to be making a LOUD POP whenever I go over uneven ground. This sound comes from the REAR of the car and it POPs again to resettle the car after the car is on even ground again. Is this the chassis flexing? Can I do anything to fix this?
Car:
1996 Integra SE
Suspension mods on rear of the car:
ASR Subframe Brace
OEM 23mm Type R rear sway
OEM Type R springs & dampners
OEM TYPE R LCAs
If it makes a difference, the rear is lightly gutted (no back seats, no tools, no spare, just bare but with sound deadening still in)
I was thinking of putting in a 4 point rear strut bar to stiffin it up. Anybody have experience with the Ultimate Racing one? Password JDM is too expensive.

Or perhaps fab a rear trunk bar?

Any thoughts/ideas/comments would help.
Thanks!

might be your top hats..try jacking up each rear corning slowly and see if it pops and slowly lowering it listening again.
What suspension do you have? Lowering springs..coil overs...slip over C.O??

Suspension = OEM Type R springs & dampners. All OEM.
btw. the POP is kinda like the sound you hear when a big sheet of metal or something flexes. (like Its got a hollow ring to to it) dunno if that helps narrow things down

Occurs when going over uneven ground... check your rear sway bar, mounts, end links, etc. Try jacking the car up onto jackstands, then raising the suspension on one side with a jack, and letting it go. See if you get any pop sounds and maybe you can narrow down the culprit.
In class today I was browsing our AllData and checking Technical Service Bulletins and one for Integras was "poping/clunking in rear" It mention to check the rear trailing arm bushings as they could be worn or rubbing on something..couldn't remember what it said.
