Default 90 Civic Hatch/ Cluster Electric Problems

im having a problem with my cluster when im using my turn signals and high beams, everytime i use my turn signal my rpm gauge and temperature gauge are jumping up and down and wen i turn my high beams the high beam light starts blinking a lot with my rpm gauge and temperature lol its funny but seriously annoying... ive tried checking every ground in the car, taped wires that where cut and not connected, im missin pivot bolt on my alternator the bottom one idk if it might be that.

anyone know what it might be?

it may not just be grounds but if the wires are showing it can be grounding out on the frame of the car somewhere. could be behind the dash or in the bay. basically you just have to find those wires and trace them back to the fuse box or relay

its easy to fix, all you have to do is unplug your cluster, take it all apart and blow inside the plugs might be some dust in there that wont let the cables get complete power through, and everything else started working perfect now
