i have dc ceramic coated headers on my 01 gsr. they are kind of scratched on the very bottom because my car is lowered. does this affect air flow and performance? also, i want to get rid of them. so if anyone wants them. let me know and give me a price. thanks.

Scratches should not affect air flow, unless they are dented or bent.

 

Getting rid of them would be a good move. I didn't feel much from them when they were on my car. If I can't "feel" a difference, it's not worth it to me. I don't care what a dyno might say.

 

Yes, the dents, if that's what they are, will hurt performance. Will you be able to tell...doubt it.

Your call if you wanna get rid of them/it/headers/header/sausagemcmuffin or not. ]
