do you have crap grounded like a motor to battery and battery too frame ground!! from what you said thats what sounds like whats making your lights to flicker... as far a code nine have you tried to reset your ecu...dont know hope this helps!
yes i have grounded all the wires....still have a code 20...do you guys know where the Electrical Load Dectector is?? or is there one? is says defective circuit or unplugged/defective sensor??? anyone???
I may be able to help with the ELD, as I just went through this. First off, check to see that you have one
installed, as mine didn't (actually, I don't think any Canadian built Civics do). It is located in the engine
compartment fuse box, on the passenger side strut tower mount. It is the unit with the three wire connector;
it will be on the right hand side of the box when viewed from the passenger side of the car. It takes a ground,
pin B19 from the ecu (at least on Si ecu's anyways) and a line from IG1 (ignition swithched power, fuse #14;
trace it from your shop manual schematics).
If you have check all your connections or replace it. If you don't have one, put one in. It cured my code 20
on my PM7 ecu.
good luck

What does the eld unit look like I just installed a pm7 ecu in my 91 hatch and i am getting a code 20 i guess I will need to search for a main fuse box with an eld unit in it.
