My daily driver 04 maxima runs a 13.1 @ 104MPH
Super excited with this pass tonight!!! :D
The car definitely has more in it if I can actually get it to hook. lol
There were practically no slick cars tonight, so there wasn't much fresh rubber being put down.
Here are the mods:
Fujita intake
3" exhaust back to a single magnaflow muffler (Still running the stock exhaust manifolds and stock cats)
15lb Lawnmower battery (only cost $25 at walmart) :D
26x11.5-16 ET Streets mounted on FD RX7 wheels (super lightweight)
Stock spare tire on drivers side
Friends mustang bullitt spare tire on passenger side (using the spares dropped 50lbs over the stock rear wheels)
Decent amount of weight reduction
Really simple setup with very little money invested.
My main goal is to go fast without headers and a tune.
Here is the fun stuff:

60 FT_____1.8710
330 FT____5.4481
1/8 ET____8.4199
1/8 MPH___82.89
1000 ET___10.9874
1000 MPH__96.36
1/4 ET____13.1629
1/4 MPH___104.14

:D:D:D
I also ran 13.3 @ 104mph twice tonight as well. These passes only had a 2.0 60ft. I finally somewhat hooked on my 13.1 pass, watch the video.

The video might still be processing.
Let me know what you guys think.
12s coming soon if I can get back to the track before the season is over with.
Also, this track is awesome! They don't make me wear a helmet, and they didn't complain about the spare tires in the back. lol

I guess thats cool. Im just amazed they let you race with those spares on the back. those things are only rated to 55-65mph. Not tryin to rain on your parade, just hate seeing things that are unsafe. good job though.
If you think about it, the et streets I have on the front aren't rated for a consistent speed either. They seem for short bursts.

Haven't weighed it yet, I think I might weigh it at the dump on monday.
Thanks man!
imagine what a vq swaped 200sx would do..... and the vq is an all aluminum block :X
Nissan, VW has their fair share of swaps that can run but few people even dig into these new motors. like hondas with their k-series and even j-series

I'm gonna do a VQ35 swapped B13 sentra when I get out of school. Should run 11s with a bolt on motor easily. The VQ35 is a great motor, I'm surprised more people haven't experimented with them. They are really cheap in junkyards too.
My car isn't swapped, or were you talking about the 200sx swap?
Thanks though!
