Expanding hub

I got a set of 4x100 rims and tires for winter but the hub on the rims JUST too small to fit on the hub. Do you guys have any ideas on expanding the hub on the rim to fit on my car? Thanks!

find a good wheel shop locally and have them mill the hub out, or rock wheel spacers
