is a 92 h22 vtec the same as a 98 h22 vtec

engine wise for the most part yes, except for a few little things internally like main bearings, they are bigger on the 98, electrical wise no, the 92 is obd1 and the 98 is obd2

and jdm h22 have higher compression ratios than the usdm spec.

Would the 92+ USDM H22 head be good to use for the G23 engine build with the F23A1?

And if the bearings are larger in the 98 can the 92 be modified to be the same?
