Default Ground Control OTS rates?

Does anyone know the rates that Ground Control suggests for the Accord? I'm specifically interested in 6th gen rates, but rates for any gen Accord will do. Before you start complaining; yes, I called them, but they wouldn't tell me until I bought the product.

For the 5th gen it is 350f/250r

I would assume 6th gen is roughly the same.

*edit*

When I did the H22 swap though I went up to 450/350 - which rode just fine as well.

*edit2*

Just PM one of the vendors for the rates, 99.9% of the competent ones should be able to tell you what GC has in the catalog.

How did the car feel at the limit with those rates? I'm currently on Eibach sportlines, 231LF/74-137PR and Eibach sway bars, 27F/23R. I'm trying to come up with rates to get it very tail happy for autocross duties. For the street, I have 20mm and the stock 16mm rear sway bars that I can swap in to keep it under control.

I did AutoX with the car several occassions with the setup - first with the OTS rates. With the H22 in there they were wayyyyyy too soft on hard turns and I would rub the fender lining - lost both of them in a run actually.

Once I bumped it up to the 450/350 it handled MUCH better in AutoX - I raised it up a touch as well. I did DD it and at times it could be harsh (horrible roads here though) if you have decent roads I wouldn't hesitate to DD it with the stiffer setup.

That was with a Progress rear sway bar and a stock EX front sway. I was trying to make my car a bit more neutral/oversteer as well.
