Default Clutch Master Cylinder 3rd F'ing time!

This is the third time i have had to post about this situation. Girlfriends 2000 Accord EX is having clutch pedal probs again...i believe its the clutch master cylinder again....yes again.....I changed out the first one and it lasted about a year.....this past March her brother changed it and its acting up again as of now. When i did the first change i also changed the slave cylinder out and bled everything. The clutch pedal is now going to the floor and not coming back up....the reservoir is full. What in the hell is making these things fail? Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.
