That car was amazing. At the ProSolo, it just launched so hard and rocketed away. Most impressive. I would love to see it stretch its legs on road course.

Corey and Sharon are great folks. They did very well too at nationals and prosolo. That car is fast on roadcourses, though it's pretty much retired from tracks. They're into spec miata these days.

The problem with lifting a rear wheel in an S4 is that it zings that wheel. The rear diff is open, and the center diff is a torsen, so that wheel happily zings away, wasting good power.

love that license plate, too -- "THWAP"!!!!

A buddy of mine who races for a privateer built an S4 to race in the Grand Am series about a year or so ago. Unfortunately the car never made it throught it's first race -- engine puked its guts out on the track. They cut their losses and went to a Porsche 996 after that...

Audi guys are so loaded...it makes me want to cry when I see them spending as much for a set of wheels as it cost for my car.

MSY looks better than the Santorin Blue sitting in the driveway =P.

Yeah, that car is amazing. Corey and Dennis Grant in the Talon were doing 1.6 sec 60' times at the Pro Solo Finale. It was amazing watch them launch against each other.
