engine harness burning wtf??

Default engine harness burning wtf??
I was driving and the motor began to bog until it shut off. One of the wires(green/blue) from the top grey plug(located next to battery) beggan burning on me so I cut it. Does anyone have a diagram for that top plug?Any help would be apreciated ill put pics asap
