here's the break down. b16 motor is in a 1998 civic 4 door. was automatic but converted to 5 spd. car was running of a p75 ecu obd1 with a jumper harness...with no codes. then switched over to a pr3 ecu and car is bogging out when i press the gas... car can't even make it up the hill...any help would be appereciated. thanks. no codes what so ever..
