90 da integra pops up oil lights and goes away help?
my buddy 1990 da integra pops up oil lights and goes away when he driving. He did do a engine on it before this started happening to a 94 Ls engine I am think oil sensor or will it be something else?

he did everything right with the motor swap it and ran great reason I'am posting 4 him is because he doesn't have internet just move. It will be 2 years with the motor .The check oil light comes on goes off just started doing it

what you'll have to do is check the oil pressure manually. hook up an appropriate pressure gauge and test. i'm not 100% sure on what spec is at idle, but i think somewhere around 15psi. you'll have to find that out. then, drive the car and monitor the fluctuations of pressure
this is what i'd do
if pressure does turn out to be low, i'd probably pull the pan and have a look at the pick up. make sure it's clean and free from debris
