OK I have a 1996 prelude si H23A1 engine when i bought it, it had a spun bearing and i torn the whole engine apart and redid it with oversized pistons and new crank and everything, i got it back in a coolant in and oil done and i go to turn the key and it will studder to get going and quits. I replaced wires, Cap, and Rotor but it still wont start i checked the plugs and there is combustion residue on them so its getting fuel and spark checked timing and cams and crank and there is no check engine light on. they say you can advance and retard your timing but i can't seem to figure out how i cant have the distributor or the rotor ive tried for a couple of hours and i cant get it to move i need help i love my prelude and im JDM all the way i could you some input if have any ideas or info that would help tons thanks!
