Could anyone help me with this. I don't know what to do. I adjusted screws a little bit. Now it is about 1250, but it wont go to 1000 or below. My Honda Accord is 1996 with '97 engine, but looks like a throttle is from previous model. Can this be a problem?

 

could be a small leak in the gasket going into the intake side, possibly pulling in a bit more air

 

Check all vacuum lines in her Intake Manifold. I had a similar problem and it was a dry rotted hose that caused me all sorts of nightmares. I spent over $100 just to have it diagnosed as a $2 piece of hose. Just FYI.
