Default Proper throttle body cable tension -93 honda civic VX

How do I find out the proper cable tension for my TB? My car has 320k miles on it, so I'm under the impression that the cable has stretched and things have worn down. Right now there is no tension on the throttle body via the cable. The cable has a little bit if slack before it engages the TB so the TB is completely closed. Shouldn't it be cracked ever so slightly?

Thanks for your input.

There should be a small amount of slack in the cable, if theres not it can cause idle issues.

320,000!? wow congratulations lol. and yes there should be some slack. if u adjust it, make sure it does not hold the throttle body open.
