How do I tighten up my driver side sun visor?

My sun visor will not stay all the way up, is there away to tighten it up, I tried velcor but it doesn't stick to a fabric interior very well

There is no way to disassemble or repair it. The entire visor must be replaced.

Yeah that would be a tough one. Maybe adding some wax or something like that? But you might be able to find a replacement for cheap at a place like: www.car-part.com (select "all states" for a better variety), good luck.

this is pretty common to go, cheap part want to say 50 bucks i think...i just priced one yesterday and the bad news is they are on backorder with no release date right now
