So im driving in the rain. go to use the wipers for the first time and the intermittent wiper function does not work. I would have to tun my switch to the second position to wipe the window and then back off. once or twice i was able to turn it to the first position and the wipers would move about 5-10% of there motion. Could someone help me out. And is the back wiper always manual by the switch, or does intermittent also control the rear? please help!

 

I say it is the wiper switch. The rear wiper is either on or off.....no delay.
