water is leaking into the floor of my car after this rain today. Where are some possible places it could be coming in at?

 

is it a DA? is it leaking all over the passenger side floor? there are some seals underneath the cowl on the passenger side that are notorious for leaking

 

Today when it rain, I also got water coming in on my passenger side floor area also while the vehicle was parked for a few hours. I still don't know where it's coming from. I've replaced the windshield and a brand new cowl also a few months ago. Where can the leaks be coming from? Now I have a puddle of water by the passenger floor where the ECU is located. Help!!
