Default 98 Accord lower ball joints

I have an accord with 201k miles 4-cyl. I'm going to replace the lower ball joints. My question is should I replace also the upper ball joints, or just leave them alone? I believe most of the wear should be on the lower ball joints and not the upper ones. What do you guys usually do when replacing the lower ball joints?

well inspect the uppers and see whats up. i mean don't fix what isn't broken. but then again you don't want to get it apart and find a split open boot or something and not have the parts there. a thorough suspension lookover should be done, just to make sure all is in order when you do these lower's.

Nothing is wrong with the uppers, it's just with 200k miles maybe I should just go ahead and do the uppers and lowers on both sides.
