Default 4th Gen sedan spring rates

Found some coilover sleeves that have 350 up front and 450 in rear. Is this stiff enough for the sedan?

Those spring rates are plenty stiff, however, now you're going to have to find a set of shocks appropriately valved for those spring rates. Good luck...
