egr valve on 92 b18a1????

i think this is an egr valve on my 92 b18a1 but its a 5speed i thought they only came on automatics . . . what can i do with it any ideas besides change the intake bc i dont got money to get one right now . . . heres a pic

DESCRIPTION
It's function is to slow the closing of the throttle valve when it is suddenly closed during gear shifting or deceleration.
PURPOSE
This helps lower Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions caused by sudden engine deceleration. Upon sudden deceleration, vacuum is applied to the Dashpot diaphragm and the diaphragm rod prevents the throttle valve from closing too quickly. Vacuum slowly bleeds from the Dashpot diaphragm allowing the throttle valve to close slowly.
I had one on my 93 integra and it broke one day, I just capped the spot on the manifold and removed the unit, there were no ill effects.

i dont thinks my vacuums are hooked up right it runs good but it just seem too clustered . . . if anyone knows where there is a diagram or has pics of this setup can you post some pics up . . . i just want to be sure thanks

thanks for the diagram and thanks for the info . . . looking at the diagram my fuel pressure regulator vacuum line is definately wrong along with some others

i have a 93 and when removed the egr it made my car run real lean im try to find a way to get it back to rich im still running the iac (unpluged) and i blocked off the air boost valve to try to get it to idle right and its running a 74mm throttle body w/o a fitv any help would b great

its not port matched yet and iv tryed messing with the vac lines but it doesnt help ill try to post some pics of the way its set up or maybe someone else has posted some pics of how to run the vac lines. thanks for the help
