Default '91 Civic Si...does it look like it was hit?

I'm trying to figure out why there's no front turn signal housings on this car, why the front bumper / fenders / filler piece look like crap, etc. I removed the front bumper to see if I could find any collision damage, and add to the list of what this car needs.

Here's the pics I took...

The filler panel, bumper, fenders all seem to bolt up fine but they're in crap condition so actually lining them up is not something I'll bother with until I have the parts replaced. I know for sure that some dumbass spraypainted almost everything on this car without prepping/masking anything.

So does it look like anything is bent/mangled/etc, or showing any signs of a collision? That hood latch bar looks like crap, but I'm not used to civics, all I've ever owned was preludes and integras up until this point...so for all I know, that's how the bar should look. The bumper filler piece is still installed, it's bent up a bit as you can see.

Yes, I already know the radiator is busted and has been leaking. Brand new radiator is sitting in the passenger seat.

Ummm....no, its not supposed to look like that!! Looks like somebody couldnt find that top piece where the latch goes at the yard, and bent it out to "work" looks like hell
...and there's nothing wrong with a little overspray!! It adds character!! lol

Well, what I'm wondering is...if I buy a new hood latch bar, will it fit the car. I'm afraid to find out that this thing was in a wreck and they had to bend that bar to make it work.

The hood closes and latches fine, looks like all bolt holes around there line up fine, which is weird considering that latch bar is mangled.

looks like my car. some one jacked the car up from the lower support instead of the cross member and it bowed up the frame as your car shows. which in turn bowed up the t bar.

I'm trying to find a new latch bar, new front bumper, new bumper signals, new corner signals, new fenders and new hood. Hopefully everything will bolt up and line up without any problems. May see if the local body shop could take a look at the front end and tell me if it's ever been hit, or if it was just bent a little from being jacked up in the wrong spot...and maybe have them try to bend that lower bar back down if I can't do it.
