Default some Qs about my H setup

thanks for reading...

Here is what I've got going on, for DD and about 6 time attack days per season:

1990 JDM H22
stock block
Blox type B cams with blox valve springs, stock retainers
Ferrea flat valves
stock cam gears
stock injectors
stock auto tensioner
B16 LSD trans, LS 5th (dont yet have the gears), Euro R pulley
QSD kit
Explicitspeed lower H alternator kit
stock IM, butterfly plate removed
Hytech replica
keeping balance shafts
Mr2 electric power steering with Karcepts' installation kit
all new gaskets, plugs, accessories, and other jazz
hondata s300 (do not have yet)

Plan to cut and reweld the framerail for clearance.

few Qs...
1) motor is assembled with the stock cam gears. some tell me to tune it the way it is, some say adjustable gears are a must. Not too sure here. Are stock gears "0-0"? or perhaps a specific degree for that engine?
2) Also, my research leads me to believe that OBD1 motors have 345cc injectors... Do you think these are large enough for my setup?
3) I plan to space the drivetrain down slightly to aid with hood clearance, horrible idea?
4) The obvious power Q... Whatcha think? Im aiming for 220 whp 160 WTQ @ around 7500 rpm.

thanks guys! Input welcome.

Im also building a h22 for my eg right now. From all the threads i have seen so far your setup is likely to be around 210whp with stock compression pistons.

Your setup looks good, although for good measure i went with 450cc injectors. Your header looks nice!

345's should be plenty.

I prob wouldn't space it down, or if you do don't do it very much unless your car sits pretty high. I drug a hole through my oil pan the first time I drove my h2b ed3. so now I have a custom one and the car is raised up.

power goals should be pretty easy to hit I think.

also I would replace the auto tensioner. its just not a good idea to keep it on there, or if you feel that you must have it buy a new one. Iv seen two fail in the last 3 months.
