Hey I saw that your other post got closed out...so here's some info for your other question.
www.hmotorsonline.com
You can get a COMPLETE changeover for a b18 there for 2000
http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30007
That's the link for the complete b18 swap...it's got pretty much everything you need...depending on what you're putting it in...you might need a few extra things...for swapping it into a 96-00 civic you'll need the T bracket for a 99-00 Civic SI and the AC bracket from a CRV.
All that plus having a reputable shop install should keep you under your budget MAYBE just a tad over for the whole swap...and you'll have fully functioning AC and everything.
That website is probably the best supplier you will find for honda engines. I have a friend who has been working with them for years and will never get anything anywhere else. Customer service is amazing. If you get a shop to put it in instead of doing it yourself is that you can have them talk to hmotors and explain if anything is wrong and it's more believable for them to warranty everything and whatnot. It explains on there too the engines average 35,000 miles on it...as opposed to buying a swap locally you never know what the mileage is really or how it has been treated.
Saw your post got closed out so I figured I'd PM you and see if that helps a little bit. Best of luck.
