Default Clutch issue update!

Previously stated: 95 EX. My clutch keeps losing pressure when I ride on 4th or 5th gear for too long. When I shift out of them after being on the gear for lets say about 30 minutes I will shift out but cannot shift into another gear because my pedal has no pressure. I have replaced the master and slave cylinders, new clutch and pressure plate, and bleed the system. Here is what I find interesting though. I can bleed the system as a whole day event and I will get pressure in the pedal but still see bubbles. Its as if there is a leak of some sort where air is coming into the system. But I have checked EVERY SINGLE SPOT. NO LEAKS ANYWHERE!!! Please tell me your opinions.

Have you check the clutch dampener mounted on the passenger side wall just above the tranny?? Check if that thing is leaking or coated with thick dirt/grease.

never thought about that piece at all man. Thanks a lot for bringing that to my attention. It is kind of difficult to see right now Ill have to check it tomorrow. Is that a piece that can be bought at the auto part store or does it have to be through honda.

well.....you could always just do a dampener delete.....

run a full stainless braided clutch line from MC to SC.

and i doubt any local auto stores will have it. sort of a specialty OEM part.

does this setup have any type of down side to it? Sounds like a more direct approach for the clutch having it just go straight without any 3rd or 4th parties (damper, then junction on top of tranny). Yeah I realized it when I tried to look it up online and through some auto part stores no one had it and it was only mentioned through google as a thread for a forum, no parts. Never thought about it this way. Let me know what you think on the downside effects of this setup.

I have this setup. The dampener is just supposed to give you a little softer feel to the pedal.....so the only downside supposedly is the pedal is a little stiffer.

I have a fidanza 8lb, exedy stage 1, and bonaco clutch line. Feels pretty damn close to OEM. So I can't complain honestly.

I might be doing the clutch dampener delete, but I need to find that specialty SS braided line though.
