Default 01 Civic LX check engine low voltage

Hey everyone i have a problem with an 01 civic lx i keep getting a Check engine light with code for a Low voltage scanner (forgot code) and a blinking battery light... i have done the following to the car but have not been able to locate the problem for some reason i think it might be the body control module or the engine computer but do not want to spend any more money unless i have to...here is a list of what has been done with no success any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
- new battery
- new battery posts
- new alternator (2 to be exact wanted to make sure first one was not faulty)
- new voltage regulator controller (located by engine fuse box)
- new dash speedometer (original dash was not lighting up and miles counter not working)

It would help a little if you could remember the code, but it's okay that you can't.

You're well on your way to figuring it out, and my immediate suspects you've already looked into. It could be the MCU or the ECU, or just a loose connection somewhere. I wish I could be of more help and were able to say "It's this, replace it." but .. yeah.

Just curious, have you replaced the ELD? Electronic Load Detector? It's in the fuse box under the hood.

yes that is the one i also replaced the ELD so now im at either replacing the ecu or the mcu or finding loose connection but the code that scanner gave me said was the ELD but no luck.....

Where did you buy the alternators? What brand? New or reman?

Was the P1298 the only code stored?
