Car Receiver/CD Player with RCA stereo Audio Input
Hey all,
I'm in the market for a new cd player for my 2001 Integra LS. My requirement is that it MUST have a RCA stereo audio input OR a mini stereo aux input in the back. I've been searching on crutchfield but i'm not sure what type of inputs will work.
I'm looking to spend under $130.
Here are a few units that i've been scouting:

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I see that. I'm trying to find a receiver to which I can plug my phone into to use as an mp3 player. My plan is to run a stereo mini from the headphone jack of my phone into the receiver using an RCA Y cable. Would the GT340 Sony unit work for this?
yeah if you wanted to use the FRONT aux and a mini to mini cable.
either sony you listed, most kenwood, some pioneer, have FRONT aux inputs and you would just sue a stereo mini to stereo mini to make the aux work right on the faceplate.

What kind of device are you using for you music? You say your phone, is it an Iphone by anychance? Or is is something else with a headphone jack? There are some decks out there that will transfer audio via bluetooth which most phones that have MP3 capability have. If we went this route, there would be no need for any extra cables at all, it would be all wireless, and serve your purpose quite well...
The reason for a rear aux input is just so I can just run the stereo mini cable behind my dash to where I have my car mount. This way the install is more professional looking and I don't have a mess of wires around the outside of my dash.
I seem to only be finding receivers with rear aux inputs that are just media players and not cd players. I haven't given up completely on cd's yet so thats not something I want to give up!

Transferring BT audio is actually nice. There are some units that will allow this, I just wouldnt wanna use these units to make hands free calling. The listener will say you sound like s**t if you use these for calls, but they still get the job done. The good thing about BT, is that it keeps the music signal all digital, so it sounds good. The only downfall I've had is that sometimes, Ill have to turn the volume up a little louder to equal the cd volume, but still worth it. You won't get static or anything, and like I said, no need for these cables you are concerened about. Check this radio out, the BT audio sounds fine, (Ive heard complaints about the caller on the other end of the line, but other than that, it seems like it'd be perfect for you, bc we don't have ANY WIRES at all...)

I've got 36 different source units on display, and I have nothing with a rear aux input for under $130, I'll never recommend online discount sellers, it does nothing but hurt the car audio business, but for an extra $30, you have the bluetooth, and the manufacturer will honor its warranty if bought through an authorized dealer... I wish you luck on finding what you're lookin for though!
