I recently found a 2003 HONDA CIVIC SI EP3 hatchback up for sale in my area. It has 125K miles, ground effects, custom exaust and custom Ricaro seats. The car is listed at 5,995 but thinking I can get it for a little cheaper. Any thoughts? I have owned many differn't cars but this would be my first Honda, do you think the car has allot more life to it with 125K miles on it already?

its a honda, for sure it has a lot more life left in it. but honestly try and drop the price down, have the car checked to see whether or not there are any major problems. then buy it, and swap in a k20a2 or a k24 and call it a day lol

 

bargain prices equal bargain quality.

 

I think the price is okay. Buy it and sell me the seats or trade with my OEM, LOL...

 

the stock k20a3 has tons of life. there's some people on ephatch still running their stock k20a3 with over 300k miles. & i'm pretty sure they occasionally beat the **** out of it also.

 

I appreciate the feedback so far, I am going to check it out after work tomorrow. Seems like a fun car to drive, keep ya posted. Maybe this will be my new favorite site for Honda upgrade info (or if I feel like selling my seats)
