Research other people's turbo b18/b16 builds and come to the conclusion yourself. Honestly there's enough information out there that if you could come to an informed decision yourself instead of being spoon fed the information and possibly buying parts that, in the end, didn't actually need/want.

Search, search ,search!

Best thing is go through the dyno and spec pages.

See a power output you like and the parts they are using and see if it fits your budget.

Is this your first time typing the English language or were you never taught proper punctuation?

If you're looking for handouts or someone to put your car together for you, call your local shop. If you want to learn how each part works together so you can build a car that will satisfy what you're looking for, then search and read everything you can around here. Asking more pointed questions will illicit more pointed responses from the members here. Until then, expect the flaming.
