Turbo questions

I have a 89 crx si with the 1.6L. Should I rebuild it and slap a turbo on it, or put a different engine with a turbo? Its not exactly a DD. I have got some time and some cash.

Yea its not going to be dd. I have plenty of time. If its possible. I would like to in the 12's.
