I have had this motor sitting around for way too long. I originally sold it to a buddy of mine, but we both ended up moving away from Ontario so neither of us now have any use for the motor. It is a really great motor, pulls strong and doesn't burn much, if any oil (what H22 doesn't burn a little bit?). Basically, I live in Alberta now and the motor is located in Ontario so it's just a depreciating asset for me, I'd much rather someone enjoy the use of it rather than having it just be a giant paperweight.

Anyways, here's some info on it:

OBD1 JDM H22A Motor (80,000 KM on it. Mobil1 Synthetic 5W30 used ever since it was installed in my car.)
- H23 manual tensioner conversion
- Timing belt + Water pump done at time of swap
- Also changed just about every gasket/seal possible on the motor
- Various new sensors done at time of swap

The motor will come with a JDM H22 NON-LSD transmission (M2A1 I believe?). The clutch is still great on it, it's an Exedy stage 2. It also comes with various parts like distributor, coil, alternator, PS pump (which has already been modified to go into the Accord rack), 2 ECU's (a P72 and a chipped P28), headers, shift linkage, motor mounts, etc. The only thing the motor is missing is an IM, TB and fuel rail. I have a Skunk2 IM and AEM fuel rail that can go with it as well if you want. If you own an Accord and have thought about doing an H22 swap this is really a drop in application for you (most of the work, like brazing the PS line, is already done for you).


As I said before, I am currently in Alberta but the motor has been stored in a friends shop since I scrapped my Accord. It is located about 1 hour south of the Kitchener/Waterloo area (Simcoe area). The IM and fuel rail are located in Kitchener. These items are for PICK UP ONLY, I can not and will not deliver.

Price:

When it comes to price, I just want to get some money out of it. I am asking $800.00 for everything, if you want the IM and fuel rail add another $300.00. That being said, I am open to offers and just want this asset gone as I can do nothing with it. Make me a reasonable offer and I will probably take it, I'd much rather see someone else enjoy this setup as much as I did. I spent well over $3000 on this setup just a few years ago. I have plenty of people who can vouch for me on here.
