hi, i drive a civicy driver dx as my daily driver, it has no major mods but i like the lips and fog lights i see people install. I found a lip and fog lights for pretty cheap and ordered them so my question is for the fog lights is...do you knock out the plastic on the bumper or do they bolt over the plastic??? also are lips pretty easy to put on???

Not trying to be mean but honda-tech is full of a whole bunch of things and if you look you can easily find an answer to your question. Yes you do have to knock the black think on the bumber off just the two on the side though not the middle one(you probably know just the two little ones but I am just being more precise.) But on the lip you there are a few ways to put it one but the right way is to buy the oem installation kit wich will include all that is needed to install. You can also just screw it in or use double sided tape to put it on, I would not recommend this but its another route if you don want to waste the money on the kit.
