Default Trans/clutch issues

So I got back into my old integra and it was really hard to drive. The clutch pedal had a huge dead spot/play where you first press it in then it feels normal but it does not shift into gear smooth at all. It felt like I had no synchros (which it might not anymore w/124k on it) and I was forcing it into gear. Its been a while since I drove an integra but I do not remember it being this bad. The master and slave cylinders have been replaced on the car in the past year or so. I used to driving a VW that uses a DMF and not single but should only account for some vibrations. The shift should still be somewhat smooth. Can anyone offer any constructive insight to what could possible be wrong with this car? (Other than it just being ME)

Thanks
