wheel grinding
Hey my right wheel is making an almost grinding noise while driving, its always there, even low speeds and then its more pronounced. if i speed up the grinding speeds up at a faster rate. I dont think its the CV axle since i replaced it a couple months ago, checked it anyway and its still secure with no holes.
Also, if its any help, there has been a slight popping noise while stopping or starting off of a stopped position. any ideas?

Check by turning the wheel by hand, obviously jacked. Listen, and feel for drag. Drive a short distance and feel any difference in rotor temperature. When you turn it, or have another turn it, look at and feel the dust shield. the popping sounds more like axle, but you are sure, right?
both axles are brand new, drivers was last weekend, passenger 2-3 months ago. and the noise is made while driving in a straight line, not jst while turning

The most likely culprit is brake pads that need changing. Have you checked their thickness?
Another possibility is that the splash shield behind the rotor may have bent enough to come into contact with it.

well i feel stupid, i went to take off the wheel to check the brake pad and 3 of the 4 lugs werent tight. tightened and no more sound, thanks for the help anyway
Well, that solves that.
If this happens to you, it would be a good idea to invest in a torque wrench, a tool which applies the precise amount of force to your lug nuts. 80 ft-lbs is recommended for most Honda/Acura vehicles.
Here are a couple of good ones that aren't too expensive; click on photo for details. (If you have stock lug nuts, you'll also need a 19 mm socket to fit the torque wrench.)
$20 at Harbor Freight (sometimes goes on sale for less):

$40 at Tire Rack:

right on, i will get a torque when i get paid, i just didnt tighten when i was washing the insides of my rims.
I still have the issue of the groaning/creaking when i press on the breaks and start up from a start. i also noticed that it does it at certain points when i turn the steering wheel
