I'd stay away from ATS. Have one sitting here that broke in a 240whp NA ITR, on street tires, on a road course...

If you want an MFactory I can take care of it. I'm a Distributor for them and their North American Installer. If you want to feel all warm and fuzzy supporting someone that supports the community I sponsored the ITR Expo from 2006-2009.

 

I've got an MF 4.9 that was bought from Mr. Rice up thur. I love it. Throws my B16 through all five gears within about a block.

 

Damn.. had a ATS 4.9 FD in my itr tranny for about 2 years no problems...-_-

There are quite a few on the market, so make sure to do some research on them before making your purchase. Don't just go by price, make sure to check out the properties/features on them as well.

With the ATS, you will also need to source a JDM '98 Spec 1st gear as your current 1st gear won't fit.
