hi, i was want to know what will happen if i sprated primer over rustoleum and its been paint over a month ago.what does primer do? cuz there so many holes and its jus look crappy. i jus want to fill those holes(meaning its all bumpy like i tired to resand it and it wont go smooth) i want to know if the primer will even it out. thanks

I have no idea what you are talking about, but you cannot spray a 2k product over 1k rattle can paint. There are several different primers from etch to epoxy to primer surfacers...all depends on what you want, but NO primer is a cure for shitty body work. Which it sounds like you have.

 

Just spray tal-strip on the rustoleum so it eats it off if you're too lazy to sand through it and when wetsand to smooth it out and primer.

Don't half-*** over the type of half-assed work...simple math says that's 1/4-assed...and that's not very good when it comes to body work
