What do i need for a LS-Vtec mtor swp in a CRX? Please help me!!!
i have the motor with the 92 integra axels that i know will fit into my 88 CRX DX... i have his ECU and he also gave me a distributor thats OBD-O, but the distributor thats on there now is OBD-1. He said as long as i put the OBD-O on the motor i can just use my stock ECU, but i dont know if i should swap ECU or not...also i know i need a shift linkage and motor mount kit....but is that it? Please help!
Call Place Racing or HASport, I got Place mounts and linkage, they fit real well, I reccommend the Z10 crossmember for the swap instead of the Place unit. Since you have the PR3 distributor, just get a OBD0 PR# B16A1 ECU, thats simpler.
Also, for the ECU issue, you might check out zdyne, if you alrady haven't
http://www.zdyne.com
their ECU conversion is only offered for the OBD0 ECU's.

EDIT-oh yea, when you put in either one of these mount kits, you will need the 90-91 Integra rear motor mount bracket.
