I'm thinking of buying a car from Illinois and have it shipped to SoCal. I just recently moved to LA and I found a great deal on a car...Trying to weigh if the cost is worth it...Since I'm buying the car out of state how much extra will I have to pay to have the car registered in the State of California...looking for any info on Buying a car in CA. vs. buying a car from another state and having it shipped in...I am not talking about the cost of shipping the car, just the state tax's I will have to pay extra, etc....thanks for any info.
