You have an air bubble in the coolant system, this causes the heater core to not have coolant in it hence no heat. Did the service that you dropped the car off for at the Honda dealership involve a coolant change or something that would cause some loss of coolant like a thermostat change? The coolant system is a little tricky to completly bleed out all the air. When I switched radiators I had to fill and drive around with the heat on full blast, park the car let it cool, and refill. I had to do this process three times before I got all the air out of the system and the car would constantly have heat. The first time the heat wouldn't stay hot it would cycle on and off as the air bubble worked its way around my cooling system. Word of advise don't beat on it while you are doing this as your car can over heat since it is low on coolant. Also don't drive very far just enought to get the car to full operating tempurature and make sure you have the heat full high and fan full high. Good luck.
