Default How to remove old paint from rims

i have a set of fat 5s that got for a really good deal i was wondering is there a way i can get all that nasty black paint off of them without sanding them down

i know you have to sand them down but i just want to remove the old paint with like a liquid or something and then sand it any way i can do this?

Aircraft paint stripper. You can find it at your local autopart store.
