88 Ef sedan Build Thread
Alright Starting my second ef all stock with a slight motor swap, This one an ef sedan, my first was a hatch then i was sadly t-boned.
Bought it for 300 bucks, with a blown head-gasket, i ma start porting pics after i get off work tmrw. I'm now the 3rd owner.
88 Sedan:
279xxx chassis
swapped d16a6 157xxx(bought it swapped with blown head-gasket)
All stock
On steelie's with Honda caps.
Stock interior
First thing is I'm going to the junkyard to purchase a mid 90s Volvo lip and then I'm going to bumper coat the lip and the bumpers because they're pretty much white. Then I'm going to replace the blown head completely probably just do a mini me until i can drop the z6 then later a gsr swap. Just doing the z6 for winter while i can save up and i want it to be reliable which i don't trust Frankenstein s.
Just started the car yesterday and ill post pics of it without the front end on tmrw.

Also Those bumper stickers were removed for sanding purposes of the bumper, and the license plate has already been relocated from the stock placement.
Here it is without the bumper im prepping for the swap im also going to remove the headlight console or housing and put the jdm peice ones in.

NO, what's FUNNY is the fact that the poll has "EE" AND "EF" EE, EF, ED, EC and possibly others, but those are the ones I know off the top of my head are all 4th generation chassis codes just for different markets.
Looks like a decent start.... Do you plan on doing the multiport swap once you get the new motor in? And I hope you mean you are converting to the EF2 front end. And not trying to mount the one-piece headlights on the USDM front.
