Will an igniter unit from other Hondas work in my obd1 gsr?

just wondering if the igniter from other honda dizzy will fit i got a obd1 gsr dizzy ichanged the coil already so that's the next thing thanks for the help in advance.

i just did this to day and i can tell u that from b to b yes but dont know about d to b or any other

yes....I had a frankenstein dizzy when doing my f20b swap...and had dizzy parts from a H,B,and D lol... distributors are way to over priced for a new one...
