ok so i have a 1990 honda accord and once in a while it will be hard to start in the morning but it starts then i go to work and when i go to leave work it wont start. It dont click so not the starter. it just dont turn over.

 

what kind of maint. have you done to the car if any? auto, 5 spd? have you modified anything? tell us more about the car. basically you turn the key and nothing happens?

 

So you turn the key, dash lights up, turn to start and nothing happens-no click and the starter doesn't spin,,,correct?
"It dont click so not the starter. it just dont turn over"
If so, when this is happening are you getting voltage to the small wire-solenoid to the starter.
