Default Cam Gear Adjustment

I have a 99 Civic hatch that I am Rallycrossing and will be Rallying in the near future.

Motor:

95 JDM B18C
ITR Cams
Skunk2 retainers and springs
Adjustable Cam Gears
Greddy Hedder
Custom 2.25" exhaust hedder back

Other:
GSR Transmission
4 wheel disc
AGX's F:Type R front coils (250) R: GSR front coils (200)

This car was a recent purchase with this setup (except exhaust and suspension).

The vtec is engaging nicely at about 4500-4700 rpm.

I am wondering about the cam gears and if any adjustment would help out. If so where will it gain and lose? (sometimes with mods we see high rpm hp but drop in torque)

Anyone have some solid advice on this?

Thanks,

Jeff
