I was wondering,
I'm planning on buying a set of skunk2 lowering springs,
would it be fine if I had them install on with my stock shocks?
or would you recommand getting new sport shocks?
what are the goods/bads outcomes?

 

I had skunk2 springs on koni shocks/struts. Rode great. Depends on your stock shocks how they are. Id rather buy new ones and have a whole new setup right from the getgo.

 

Yeah, I was thinking that also, How much did you get your springs for?
I'm looking at 160-180 for the springs,
shocks and struts are a bit expansive, I've found 300 /set only,
any cheaper good ones?

 

Kyb gr2's are good for the price. Im rocking them now with coil sleeves.

Yup. Look for kyb's imo besr bang for your buck in your case with lowering springs

 

koni's str.t is the best bang for your buck if you want cheap. 300 shipped. kyb gr2s, tokico blues and shocks of that nature at best are the same as an oem shock.
