If your really want to be exact then torque it. I did learn what the torque spec for an axel nut is though so
to you for the info.
Should the new axle just slide right down into the half-shaft? I got a new one and I lined it up but it won't go down. I pushed it pretty good but it always comes out easy, it never grabs and slots down. Wondering if I have the wrong axle for my Teg.
I've always been told that when you tighten any bolt going thru a bushing, like the lca bolts, you should have the weight of the car on the suspension first so the bushing is prpoerly clocked. If you don't it may cause the bushing to fail faster. Great writeup otherwise.
