heres the scoop... at the fuel pump i just for voltage and get nothing. So I refer to the PGM-FI Main Relay for this issue. I pull it out and test for continuity and tested well.... all 3 past as a matter of fact..... Now my question..... where to now? I am stumped on this one and pulling my hairs out as i type!!!!

 

anyone with knowledge???????? please.... cannot figure this out....

 

check your ignition switch

 

Check your thermostat ground it will cause issues if its not grounded properly.

 

Ok so there is contenuity at the main relay but none at the fuel pump. Here is what you could do.
Get the wiring schematic for that system and test for continuity at each connector in the system. Look for any pinched or corossion. If no fuse has blown its sounds like an open circuit but it could also have enough resistance in the wire and still have a short

i'm running a 1993 honda civic dx with a 1.6 d16z6 with a p28 ecu. everything else is mostly stock except the swap. ground is good and thermostat, ignition switch checks out good and even bypassed to double check. I have check fuse 24 next to the srs fuse multiple times and replaced also and still nothing. Main Relay is good and wiring is as well running to 2p connector at fuel pump. Still not pressurizing. My next question if it comes down to the ECM, how can I test A7 on the pinout to be sure that is it?

1) Check 15A hood fuse 31.

2) Resolder the main relay:
