How to?? Hook up city lights in CTR headlights.

I just installed my CTR headlights. I understand wiring but just want to know if there is any good how to threads on hooking up the city lights. Any help is appreciated.

I was under the impression they were basically daytime running lights.

"City lights" are not DRLs, they are parking lamps intended to make the car visible in places that prohibit headlamp use. They should go on with the marker lamps, and can remain on with the headlamps, but should be off if the rest of the lamps are off.
